Face Mask:

Measure Face Height: From the bridge of your nose to the tip of your chin.

Measure Face Width: Across the widest part of your face (cheekbone to cheekbone).

Helmet:

Head Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your head, just above the eyebrows and ears.

Face Width: Measure between the widest points of the face (cheekbone to cheekbone).

Face Height: From the middle of the forehead (hairline area) to the tip of the chin.

Add Allowance: Add 1–2 cm (about 0.5 inches) for comfort and breathability.
