List of parts:
Qty | Part | Notes |
|---|---|---|
2× | NEMA 17 stepper motor | I used 17HS4401S 1.8A. They are slightly too large and don’t fit perfectly, but with some modifications, you can make them work. |
2× | GT2 pulley, 20 teeth |
|
2× | 6002 bearing |
|
2× | GT2 timing belt, 200 mm (200GT2) |
|
2× | Stepper motor driver | A4988 or ATD5833 (both work fine) |
1× | Microcontroller | Arduino, ESP, or similar (I usedESP32 Uno). |
— | M3 screws | Various lengths: 6 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm, 45 mm. |
Personally, I used an ESP32 Uno with ATD5833 drivers and 1.8A NEMA 17 stepper motors.
Using the Bluepad32 Arduino library, I programmed it to be controlled with an Xbox gamepad.
Once I finish, I’ll share the code and wiring schematic as well.
