Remix of TimMJN's great resistor (and diode) lead bender.  This mod does not address functionality, which was great to begin with, only ergonomic issues.

TimMJN's original design was very functional and does a great job bending resistor leads, but I had a little difficulty manipulating the two halves, so I added some extra thickness with a shallow curve for easier gripping. I also added end stops to keep the two halves aligned perfectly.

Last, I added a hanging loop so I could keep it up on the peg board hook when not in use.
