This is a hook that screws on to the SMART brand mop handle, it has some kind of ⌀24 mm tapered screw thread. Optional clip for hanging a ziplock bag under the hook.

I used this to pick some high hanging apples in a tree. Getting the bag to catch the apple was not the easiest, but pulling down fruit was possible.
