i modeled a nut that secures the revo micro hotend to this loadcell.

i found the loadcell on aliexpress and it seems it is meant for an anycubic viper/kobra, not sure, i dont have that printer. The loadcell was about 10€ and already has a useful shape and screw holes for mounting a hotend, so i just got it.

other than drawing this part i havent come far with the nozzle probing project.  i was thinking about making a stealthburner variant with this load cell but i am not sure yet if there is enough space and such.

in theory one not only could probe the printbed but also measure the force that the extruder is using to push filament in (if the extruder is mounted “hovering” above the hotend, and somehow get useful information out of that.
