I recently rebuilt my MakerBot Replicator 2 using a Creality V4.2.7 board.

With that I ofc can't reuse the original display. So I decided to use a CR10 display and made this enclosure for it that uses a similar look and location to the original and also has the SD card slot in a similar location.

You will need an micro SD-Card to Full-size SD extender.

(The firmware has an option for that, because with an extension it can no longer detect, if the card has been removed or inserted. Enable that option in the Firmware so you can manually attach and remove the SD-Card from the display menu.)

Everything can be mounted with M3 screws and nuts.

Just be advised that without modifying it, it will not fit into the enclosure:

• the board needs to be sawed off at the bottom screw holes, where the buzzer and encoder is. Make sure you don't damage any traces other than the 5 that go to those components.
• The buzzer and encoder need to be desoldered rewired to the board. There are a few SMD components on the required traces that wires can be soldered to.
• The back cover has a cutout for the ribbon cable connector and you will need to remove one of its Folds and brackets in order to make it fit and not collide with the print bed.

The 4 LED's I added are for Power, a visual indicator of the buzzer, the heater for the extruder and the fan. They really only serve a decorative purpose or to visualize the PWM.

The firmware is nothing more than bugfix Marlin 2.0.X with the Ender 3 configuration, corrected steps per mm(X,Y,Z,E: 88.8, 88.8, 400, 103.3) and build plate dimensions in mm (X,Y,Z: 285, 150, 155).
