Use this handy duster to blow the dust away! A little TPU and some skill and you can print one of these fun tools.

Tips for success

Use a TPU that is somewhere between 92A and 95A shore hardness. You can try others but you may need to experiment!

Please keep your layer height at 0.15mm or less to maximize the overlap on the bellows - that will help ensure you don't have holes.

My settings on my Prusa MK3S - you may need to tweak these based on your printer or brand of TPU:

1. Bed at 50C
2. Hot-end at 220C
3. 0.4mm nozzle - larger nozzles cause too much sag/drooping.
4. 0.15mm layer height (0.2mm first layer)
5. 3 perimeters
6. AVOID CROSSING PERIMETERS (this is critical and can dramatically increase your odds that the nozzle of the duster remains open)
7. 70% gyroid infill for a firm base, even in TPU
8. No more than 30% fan
9. All speeds to 35mm/s - you may be able to print faster, but the TPU will not cool fast enough and will be dragged around, causing issues.

Multi-material?

Depending on your TPU, you might be able to print your first few layers in PETG and the remainder in TPU. That solid base will help prevent it caving in when squeezing it.
