This is my design for an Undaunted Normandy Insert. Everything fits nicely with room for the rulebooks on top. One caveat with my design is it is designed to hold the unit tokens in the coin cases I purchased, so this is unlikely to work for you without adjustment or redesign. The other parts should work perfectly though.

The box has way more space than is necessary to hold the game so some of the parts have a lot of padding to fill out the box and prevent things rattling around. It could be made much more space efficient but there is also no need.
