Overview

This is a remix of Telefaksi's work to add a few other options for wire management under the extrusions.  I've added:

• An assembly for the Z motor side (allows for three cables, labeled as Z Motor / USB out / network out).
• An assembly for the control board side (allows for + / - / nitehawk-USB / PI-USB / Z Motor / Y Motor.

Print Settings

• I printed in Prusament Galaxy Black ASA, but anything that is at least PETG should be sufficient.
• Voron Print Specs
  • Layer height: 0.2mm
  • Extrusion width: 0.4mm, forced
  • Infill percentage: 40%
  • Infill type: gyroid
  • Wall count: 4
  • Solid top/bottom layers: 5
  • Supports: NONE

Hardware Required

• 2 x M3 T-nut for 3030 extrusion, printable version if metal T-nuts are hard to find
• 2x M3x10 SHCS

Assembly Instructions

1. Insert M3 Roll-in T-Nuts for 3030 Extrusions (
2. Print all models (PETG is sufficient, but ABS or ASA is nicer!).
3. Install!
