This is a 2U modular server rack unit.

The idea is that you add “Rails” to the unit based on the items you wish to use it for, and not being forced to have the same unit setup in the entire rack unit, you can mismatch rack slots based on your needs.

Rails:

• Rail.250.100 - 5,5cm - (Raspberry Pi with LowProfileIceTower + 2.5HDD/SSD)
• Rail.250.50 - 5cm - (Raspberry Pi with LowProfileIceTower)
• Rail.150.50 - 4cm - (Raspberry Pi with PoE Hat with extra space)
• Rail.100.100 - 4cm - (Raspberry Pi with PoE Hat + 2.5HDD/SSD)
• Rail.50.50 - 3cm - (Raspberry Pi)
• Rail.50.50 - 3cm - (2.5HDD/SSD/SamsungT5)

Tray:

• Tray.1 - (Raspberry Pi/2.5HDD/SSD/SamsungT5/…)

Extra hardware:

• 2x M5 rod 46cm
• 4x M5 nylon-loc nuts

Mounting:

• (LeaftEar) + (43/44 cm of Rail units) + (RightEar) > pass the 2x M5 rods throuth the Rails and secure with the nylon nuts
• Ex: LeftEar+5x(Rail.250.50+Rail.50.50)+Rail.100.100+RightEar

Printing:

• PETG
• 0,4 Nozzle
• 0,2 Layer Height
• 15% infill (100% on Hears)
• Supports below horizontal recommended
