This router bit storage unit, designed to fit the gridfinity system, can hold 15 items in 13mm holes which is a loose fit for ½" router bits.
¼" router bits as well as ¼" hex bits can also be stored in the same holder by using a reducing sleeve.
The sleeve is designed for an interference fit with a loose fit for the tools allowing easy removal and refitting of the items in their respective positions.
The box also has a lid with 85mm internal clearance to protect the sharp cutting edges of the router bits.

The base is designed based on the Gridfinity system by Zach Freedman but must be tested for fitment to the base insert.
