These 3D-printable wound markers (numbered 1, 3, 5, and 10) are designed for Warhammer 40k and other tabletop games to help track wounds in a clean, easy-to-see way. The design is inspired by the wound markers from the Warhammer 40k Leviathan starter set and features clear numbers with a blood drop motif.
You can print them in a single colour and paint them, or use the colour-supported versions if you want quicker, multi-colour results. They’re easy to print, don’t require supports, and are durable enough to handle regular play.
These are available as a free download and make a simple but useful addition to your tabletop setup.
