Description
Pot dimensions: 15cm (L) // 6cm (W) // 5cm (H)
Use C-Clamps to hold the mold together when casting.
I printed my mold using a 1mm nozzle for thicker walls.
No supports needed when printed in the supplied orientation.
I've found the outer mold parts release easy after cement has set (12 - 24 hours), the inner part however can be tricky to release, even with release agent, make sure you sand it down as smooth as possible to reduce friction, for my personal castings, I drill a small hole in the bottom of the pot while the inner part is stuck, drill just up to the plastic (not through it) and use an air compressor to blow the inner part out.
Cure for 48 hours submerged in water and another 5 days wrapped in wet paper towel in a plastic bag.
