This is a case for the OnStep Smart Hand Controller 2, printed in 2 parts. It can be printed without support. Assembly requires four M3x20 or M3x24 hex head screws, which screw directly into the print as these should not need to be removed often. 

Made to fit 1.6mm PCBs but should work on 2mm PCBs as well, the gap between the halves will just be a bit bigger. Fits the 1.54" LCD Screen.
