*Heat-set inserts required*

Thank you for checking out my model. The problem this model aims to solve is that I would have to take off my webcam every time I wanted to rotate my monitor. It also provides a stable mount for the webcam which prevents it from being knocked off or sliding out of position. This will work with any webcam with a ¼ inch (ISO-1222) tripod screw mount.

My intention was to design a mount that is highly adjustable to fit a wide variety of monitors. This model can fit VESA 75/100 mounting hole patterns depending on which adjustable riser is used. Model files are already in the best orientation for printing. The risers are 230mm in length, but they should fit on smaller build plates if rotated diagonally. I recommend using 4 screws to mount the bracket to the VESA holes, but 2 can be used to get more vertical reach. Hardware:

• 2x M4 x 4mm heat-set inserts (6mm x 4mm)

• 2x M4 x 8mm screws

• 4x M4 x 12mm screws

• 4x M4 nuts (Only if mounting to VESA monitor arm bracket)

• 6x M4 washers

• 1x ¼ x ½ inch screw

• 1x ¼ inch washer

Assembly and installation:

1. Install the 2 heat-set inserts to the two holes at the top of the adjustable riser.

2. Screw the webcam to the horizontal beam using the ¼ inch screw and washer. Make sure the notch is on the side opposite to the webcam.

3. Screw the horizontal beam to the heat-set inserts in the riser through the two slots on the beam using the 2 M4 x 8mm screws and 2 M4 washers. Do not fully tighten to allow some movement for final adjustment.

4. Using the M4 x 12mm screws and the rest of the hardware, attach the riser to the VESA holes. Do not fully tighten.

5. Adjust the positioning of the riser and beam so that the notch on the beam rests firmly against the top edge of the monitor.

6. Tighten down all screws once the webcam mount is in its final position and enjoy!
