A cosplay ready version of Sora's keyblade from Kingdom Hearts scaled to the correct size for most people. This model is cut up such that it should be printable on most printers, and each section can be printed in the correct color if you wish to avoid painting. 

The keyblade is designed to be assembled by slotting it onto a 1in diameter 36in long dowel (sub 25mm diameter by 915mm length if needed) which has been brushed generously with 2 part epoxy or adhesive of choice. If you wish to make the keyblade lighter you could substitute the dowel for 1in pvc pipe but I have not tried this. Then attach the crown of the blade with either the provide 3d printed dowel or 0.25 in wooden dowel (6mm dowel will fit but be a little loose) using epoxy or adhesive once again.

If you don't want to use a solid core to assemble your keyblade I have provided 3D printable replacements for both dowels used in the construction. These will help you align each of the sections and increase the surface area when gluing the parts together.
