I needed a uk style square switch cover mount for my Sonoff iFan04 remote (should also work for iFan03 remote), so I combined two awesome models created by Lynton Jennings and rfinnie to make the combination I needed. Hopefully this is helpfull to someone else.
Printed in PLA on my Prusa core one at 0.20mm structural profile with bed supports enabled.
