Remix of ndl's Nelson Ball Clock Replica.  Model has been resized to match online dimensions with balls being 1.3" in diameter and overall diameter of clock being 13".

Clock face has pockets for M3 heatsets to secure the rods with screws.

For the rods I used 5mm stainless steel rods cut to size.

For the clock mechanism I used:  TIKROUND 12888 Quartz DIY Wall Clock Movement Mechanism Battery Operated DIY Repair Parts Replacement with 4 Sets Hands Total Shaft Length 23/32 inch.

Both of these are available on Amazon.  The clockwork mechanism threads into the clock face.

Balls should be printed with the hole horizontal.  This allows the imperfections to face the wall.  Balls press fit onto shafts.  A shaft can be chucked into a drill and the ball spun to allow for quick sanding.  I printed them in ASA and finished them with an acetone wipe that resulted in a gloss finish.

Clock face should be printed with support for hanger.

Clock hands are press fit.
