This is a modular stand for holding filament spools.  
It consists of two parts: 

• filament_stand_endpiece.stl for the ends of the stand,
• filament_stand_midpiece.stl for the middle supports, which are only needed if the pipe bends under the weight of many spools.

Dimensions:

• Width: 25 mm
• Height: 35 mm
• Depth: 140 mm
• Hole diameter for pipe: 26 mm

Simply connect them with plastic pipes to create a stable rack that can hold multiple 1 kg spools, as well as smaller spools 

You can adjust the width of the stand by adding more midpieces, but a basic setup only requires 2 endpieces.  
The stand in this design is built using 26 mm diameter pipes, 50 cm long, with a pipe wall thickness of 2 mm, and does not need a middle support.
