I was looking for a hanger for my caps and when i saw one good enough for me, i though it will be easy just to make one instead of buying. 

Main idea was to use double-sided tape - if you need holes for screws, feel free to remix it.

The reason why the model is not symmetrical is quite simple - in this case it does not require supports.

There are two models - first one is standard. The one called “negative” is a little bit lifted on it's shoulder and considered to be taped on the wardrobe ceiling. Caps shouldn't slide off.

It will be printed well on ANY settings. I used pretty common : 15% grid infill, 0.2 layer height.
