A remix of NeilW's excellent modular drawer divider system that exploits cheaper material (hardboard / plywood) for the walls and uses printed parts for the connectors.

Instructions:

Cut your walls from your choice of sheet goods: I used Sureply, which is a dimensionally consistent 5.5mm thickness, but I've also added connectors for 1/8 inch, ¼ inch, 5mm and 7mm thickness sheet goods.

Print your choice and number of connectors. There are corner, t-junction, linear, and cross-road connectors, as well as a new drawer side connector (the end terminator)

Use the connectors to … connect the walls, no drilling or gluing required, and you can rearrange them endlessly.

If you do want a fixed position, I've added an “end wall terminator” which can be screwed into the side of the drawers using #6 screws or 4mm screws.

Parameters

• Material_thickness: The thickness of material used to make the walls in mm. (5.5 mm by default) 
• Tolerance: Added to the material_thickness to ensure fit (0.1mm by default)
• wall_thickness: Strength of the part walls in mm. (2 mm by default)
• Wall_extension: Depth the walls can be inserted to the connectors (25mm by default) 
• height: Height of the connectors (50mm by default). Drawer side terminators are half that height. 
• hole_diameter: Diameter of hole in wall of drawer side terminators to allow screwing to drawer sides. (3.66mm by default, sized for a #6 screw)
