It is a remix of my magic box text. In addition to adding an hinge opening mechanism, I have incorporated many geometric improvements aimed at greater rigidity and accuracy of the structure.

From the 3D printing point of view, the most significant tweak is a filament replacement trick on printers with a single extruder. I added wipe strips that comfortably clean the nozzle after changing the filament.

The only thing that requires manual intervention is removing the M600 code after the start sequence. Optimized gcode is included.
