This has 2 pieces that must have a tight fit together. This model is meant to be glue free so it is intential for the fit to be so tight. If you have trouble slotting the two parts together using a clamp makes it easy with next ot no resistance.. There are two options for the top: Multi-color which requires a printer that supports multiple colors, Single color which may require supports for the cutout in the branding.
