This is a case for the no-name 40-pin ESP32 mini for use with WLED firmware to drive a short WS2812B led strip. You could also use ESPHome if you prefer.

The ESP should fit snugly, slightly snapping into it's seat. If it doesn't check for protrusions from soldering wires on the bottom. The 3-pin JST should also friction fit into place and all be held snug when the lid is snapped on. 

May need to tap/glue lid for a more secure fit, depending on your mounting method. I haven’t done any ‘field-testing’ really yet so may revise to add a mechanical fastener if needed.

Used PLA+, 0.44 LH, 0.6 Nozzle – it's not pretty but it prints pretty quick, and frankly, it's hidden. 

Also, remember - measure twice, cut once.

I included the STEP file in case you need to adjust tolerances of anything for your printer.
