Small and Fast Tolerance Test Print

VERY IMPORTANT: MAKE SURE X-Y COMPENSATION IS DISABLED IN YOUR SLICER.

QUICK GUIDE:
This test will help you find the ideal tolerances for your printer, depending on the intended use of the object.

• 0.05mm: Tight press fit. For connections that are not meant to be repeatedly assembled and disassembled. Once inserted, it will be very hard to remove.
• 0.1mm: Medium fit. For applications where parts need to be occasionally inserted and removed. Rotation is possible but stiff.
• 0.15mm and above: Looser fit. Suitable for applications that require rotation at the joint.
• A hardly recommend to print the Test with the same configuration that you want to use to print the desired model (especially Speed and Accelerations). This will ensure a good performance with the final model.
