Customizable Pixel Sans – Modular 3D Character

This is a pixel-style Sans figure designed for clean detail and subtle customization. The model is built on a solid base plate, with selected blocks designed to be inserted or glued in place.

Customizable parts include:

• Jacket sections – front and sleeves are separate elements
• Shoes – fully separate from the pants for individual coloring
• Face color blocks – can be swapped or painted for alternate looks
• Teeth block – removable for detail variation or painting

I created the original version entirely in black and white, and all parts are labeled accordingly in the files.

However, you’re free to style and color it however you like.

The model was printed and tested using a 0.4 mm nozzle and is optimized for PLA, using a clean press-fit design. You can also glue parts in permanently if preferred.

Note:

If the base or certain parts appear slightly warped or under tension after inserting blocks, this is due to the pressure of the tight fit. In that case, gently press the assembled model onto a heated print bed (around 60 °C for PLA) and hold it flat until it cools down. This will help to straighten the base without damaging the part.
