I re-made it implementing the following changes:

1. Fixed split in stand (mentioned a few times in original design's comments);

2. Made lock nut sligtly bigger and added notches;

3. Adjusted thread tolerance so it is not too lose now;

4. Added spacers (black on photos) that can be glued with double sided tape (white on photos) to case and GPU so the stand will not slide off;

5. Changed sizes so the support can be adjusted from 83mm (no nut, no spacers) up to 144 (two spacers);

6. STEP & OrcaSlicer project (3mf) files published

Short version added. It can be adjusted from 53mm (no nut, no spacers) up to 86mm (two spacers). Thread is the same, but bolt and stand are shorter and lock nut and spacers are thinner.

Notes: 

I printed stand, bolt and nut in PETG, spacers -- in TPU.
Calibrate your printer (gaps are not too big) and do not speed up too much while pringing threads (I printed outer wall with 60mm/s). Use inner/outer walls order.
As always with printed screws -- let printed parts to cool off.
