Before overhead valves took over, there was the Flathead V8 - raw, simple, and legendary. This 3D printable scale model brings that piece of history to life with moving pistons, cam-driven valves, and a crankshaft.

Originally modeled by ericthepoolboy. We teamed up with Eric to put together a hardware kit for anyone who wants to skip the parts hunt and go straight to the fun of building.

  • Working mechanical motion powered by a geared DC motor

🔧 What You’ll Need:

  • FDM 3D printer
  • Basic hand tools
  • Super glue and soldering tools
  • Optional but recommended Maker Rx hardware kit
