I printed the previous version to separate 15" planner chips but it clogged every time. I removed the bottom section and added a flange to attach it to a lid with supports. Now it works perfectly.
This is less of a cyclone separator and more of a gravity separator.
This has a 4" inlet 4" outlet and a 5.25" sediment exit.
