This is an imitation of the famous candy that is basically a ring with a oversize gem. Must of us try to propose another kid in the playground as a joke with a plastic ring and a candy.

You can print the ring with the plate in one colour and the gem another colour and glue them together. You should try to use a semi-transparent filament for the candy/gem.
