A Useless Box is a small, fun electronic device designed to do just one thing:
turn itself off.

It usually looks like a plain box with a single switch on top. When you flip the switch to turn the box on, the lid opens, and a small mechanical arm comes out. The arm pushes the switch back to the off position, then quickly retracts into the box and the lid closes again.
