GRIDFINITY DRAWER (NO HARDWARE NEEDED)

This is a fully 3D printable modular drawer system built on a grid affinity design. No screws, bolts, or external hardware are needed—everything is printed.

🧵 Recommended Print Settings:

Material: Use PETG for the drawer system for strength and durability; bins can be printed in PLA.

Walls: Set a minimum of 4 walls (perimeters) for the side panels, top, and bottom panels to ensure structural strength.

Brim for Side Panels: Use at least a 20 mm brim (or maximum brim) to prevent warping due to the height and stress during printing. Keep the filament dry and apply a glue stick on the bed for extra adhesion.

Brim for Top & Bottom Panels: Use mouse ear brims on the corners or a full brim if needed.

Bin Size Limit: Make sure the bin height does not exceed 29.25 mm to ensure proper fit within the drawer slots.

This setup will give you the best chance of a successful print and long-lasting drawer system.
