I had a want to add a pool fountain to an older in ground pool that didn't have a built in port for the spray nozzle to help cool the pool.  The use of a fountain sprayer helps cools the pool down up to 5-6 degrees, and in Phoenix that is a big help for extending the swim time during peak summer heat.  

I used the pool fountain here and added an adapter to fit in the slanted pipe outlets on my pool wall.  I added another riser to get it above the pool water surface.

Lastly, and the part I remixed I added a flow restrictor to the other outlet pipe to allow proper flow from the fountain, as if you have more than 1 outlet, the stream will be a bit weak.  

My cad file is a bit of a mess, but I will gladly add the step files or other file types upon request.

Lastly, depending upon your print accuracy an at most .5% upsizing of the female adapters may be necessary.
