After finding a bunch of different desk hook models, but all with specific sizes that weren't adjustable decided to make a quick one that had adjustable thickness parameters in it. Simply open in fusion and change the parameter to match your desk thickness in mm. Has a 0.4mm tolerance built into the clamping measurement.

Printable in pretty much any desired material with PLA in mind. No special printing requirements or supports.
