Descripción
This is my adopted version of [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2749745](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2749745) . I have a need for 7 keys in my block and also a yubikey 5 series security usb key. So i redesigned the top part to hold the yubikey and my safekey (boda type 84) on the outside, and used the internal space for my 6 standard keys. I also made different spacer discs to separate the keys for easier access and to make the keys cutouts better suited for ‘pin’ mounting. If you have keys that are of different thickness you can vary the spacer discs thickness to get both sides to be of equal overall thickness as this tends to make the function better with the keys parallel to the sides. I also made a tube for the middle pin to make the sides more stable (less flex) and the keys sit a bit higher. Included are versions of spacer discs for my keys (different ASSA keys), but you might need to redesign these to fit yours… The lockbutton in the pictures are not 3D printed (a friend of mine made it in brass on a lathe) but the file for a 3D printed version is included.
You need:
3x M3 screws of apropriate length.
2x M3 locknuts
Printed on Prusa Mini using Prusament PETG with 15% infill at 0.20 layerheight, no support needed for top and bottom. Approximately 1.5h printtime (top, bottom & lockbutton).
