Hardcase for the Nintendo Switch 2, printable on a MK4S.

I printed it out of Prusament Galaxy Black, Prusament Galaxy Silver and Polymaker PolyFlex TPU95. Additionally, you need:

• 14 countersunk screws M3x25 (M3x30 should also work)
• 8 square nuts M3
• glue (for tpu parts mount)

Build it in the following steps:

• Print all the parts (I used 0.2mm structural, 15% for all parts, there are some supports needed)
• Drill the holes in frontside and backside where the lid and the hinge are mounted with a d3 drill
• Assemble lid and hinge to frontside and hinge to backside with 6 countersunk screws M3x25
• Assemble left/right parts to frontside/backside with 8 screws M3x25 and 8 square nuts m3
• glue TPU parts into front-/backside

Backside has an opening for a Switch game box, I use it with this cartridge holder. 

Until now, the case works fine. But I am open for optimisation and integration of further ideas. Open points:

• carrying handle
• dedicated space for the Joy-Con mouse brackets
