None of the available handles really looked like a great idea.
So I created my own because:

- It's easy to print.
- I didn't trust the snap-on ones.
- It uses a short lever because the long ones are awkward to use.
- The front piece is replaceable. In case you need a different size.

It needs:

- M5x25mm cap screw and nut
- M3x25mm hex screw and wing nut

If you are using the STL, split it into parts in the slicer first.
