Office Organizer with Note Box, Pen Holder & adjustable Headset Mount

This is an office organizer I designed for my wife – and of course, I don't want to keep it from you.

The design combines multiple functions in a compact model:

• Note box for memo paper

• Pen holder for pens, markers, etc.

Headset mount that is removable and can be rotated in 90° steps

The headset mount is intended for slim, lightweight office headsets – bulky gaming headsets with large ear cups will likely feel out of place here. 😉

There are three mounting holes on the side of the box. The headset holder can be easily inserted into one of them and adjusted as needed. The pole is not glued in place but designed to fit loosely – this gives you the flexibility to reposition or remove it at any time.

The headset "saddle" should be glued to the pole using a small amount of adhesive (e.g., two-component epoxy or standard super glue).

💡 Print Settings

Layer height: As preferred

Wall thickness: 3 perimeters recommended

Infill: 15% Grid is sufficient

Support: Usually not required. A few supports near the headset saddle hole might help, though.

Bed adhesion: Depending on your printer, I recommend using a brim around the pole for better adhesion

Temperature tip: Once the main body is complete, lower the nozzle temperature slightly to avoid overheating the filament while printing the pole (due to short layer times)

Büro-Organizer mit Zettelbox, Stiftehalter & Headsethalter (verstellbar)

Hier ist ein Büro-Organizer, den ich für meine Frau entworfen habe – und den möchte ich euch natürlich nicht vorenthalten.

Das Design vereint mehrere Funktionen in einem kompakten Modell:

Zettelbox für Notizzettel

Stiftehalter für Kugelschreiber, Marker o. ä.

Headsethalter, der abnehmbar und in 90°-Schritten drehbar ist

Der Headsethalter ist für leichte, schmale Büro-Headsets gedacht – Gaming-Boliden mit dicken Ohrmuscheln fühlen sich hier eher nicht zu Hause. 😉

An der Seite der Box befinden sich drei Aufnahmebuchsen. In diese kann der Headsethalter einfach eingesteckt und nach Bedarf ausgerichtet werden. Die Stange selbst wird nicht verklebt, sondern ist bewusst lose gesteckt – so bleibt ihr flexibel und könnt den Halter jederzeit versetzen oder ganz weglassen.

Der Headset-"Sattel" wird mit etwas Klebstoff (z. B. 2-Komponenten-Epoxidharz oder Sekundenkleber) auf die Stange geklebt.

💡 Druckhinweise

Layerhöhe: nach Belieben

Wandstärke: 3 Perimeter empfohlen

Infill: 15% Grid sollte reichen

Supports: normalerweise nicht erforderlich. Ein paar Supports am Loch des Headset-Sattels können aber nicht schaden.

Druckbett-Haftung: je nach Drucker empfehle ich einen ausreichenden Brim um die Stange

Temperaturtipp: Wenn der Hauptkörper fertig ist, die Drucktemperatur etwas senken – so verhindert ihr bei der Stange ein „Kochen“ des Filaments wegen der kurzen Layerzeit.
