A simple model to contain the average flexible cable fish - up to 20m in length should fit and if you want just scale it larger. 

The small loop is for a tiny carabiner which you can use to latch on the accessories you may have.

Use the 3mf file as provided - it has paint on supports for the accessories clip. Keep or remove the brim as you like.

The perimeters are deliberately set as they are to provide a strong tube with some internal cross-runs so it can't split along a filament bond line easily. Don't change them.

I have designed it to fit on a Prusa Mk3S and to print with no supports for the tube - only the attachment point.

Print at 0.3mm for 0.6mm nozzle. 
Print at 0.2mm or 0.3mm for 0.4mm nozzle. 
Go with what you printer prints well. 

I suggest that you feed in the end you use least, roll it through a few times then tape that end and about 10cm further up. This will make rotating and controlling it much easier. Now you wind in and wind out as you require.
