Optimized for 250mm printers yet still fits the gear I need to fit and look nice because people wanted a mini-rack they could print on their gear.
Shelves are internally: 200mm wide, 2U is 27mm height, 3U is 44mm height. Shelf depths in 160 and 80 deep and can be mounted on the inner or outer ports on both sides. The goals were more symmetrical and many configuration options, including a drawer for storing small loose stuff.
There are two side panel and top sizes to fit common printers: 248x238 and 248x218
Use the matching size sides and tops.
The small light gray rack was printed at 66% scale on a Prusa Mini+ using Jessie PLA and I used 3mm wood screws. Mostly just to see if it was useful. I think so.
The large darker rack is printed in 3D-Fuel PCTG. Strong, a bit of flex, and is using 5mm machine screws that thread nicely into the 4.75mm holes. Nuts are optional but possible. I used 5mmx10 and 5mmx15 screws to assemble.
The Keystone Jack panel is snug, fits the two different brands of jacks I have.
Some of the large gray rack pictures are parts in some odd locations, just to show that you can assemble it in ways that might fit specific needs. For example: The long (160mm deep) and shorter (80mm) shelves can be assembled on the outer rails on the front and back for a approx 250mm deep shelf.
Cons: Takes several days of printing for all of the parts.
