I remixed the model to have the inner dimensions of 64.1 x 90 x 19.8 mm, which perfectly fits my set of French-suited playing cards, which should be the standard size.
I did this because for me, the original was a little bit too large to comfortably fit into a pocket.
Now the outer dimensions are 71.3 x 95 x 23.4 mm.
There are two versions:
The Standard Version is for everyone who wants the box plain without symbols, or for people who have an MMU or similar system.
The Separated Version, which is for people who want the symbols in a separate color but don't have an MMU or a similar system. It is designed to be printed without supports, and the symbols then have to be glued in place.
Feel free to use the .3mf files, in which I already added all models for the respective version and prepared them for printing.
The top and bottom need to be glued together, but due to the alignment features, that is fairly easy. Just pay attention that the slider is inserted the right way, as can be seen in the picture.
I recommend printing the slider out of PETG or another not-so-brittle material so it doesn't break after being repeatedly pushed around the corner.
Update: I added two new versions: “Big Version” and “Big seperated Version” which are copies of the previous two versions but their inner size is doubled, so they can each fit two full sets of playing cards.
Hint for printing the MMU version: Since the shell is relatively thin where the four symbols are, you have to choose a filament with low transparency to color them if you don't want the inner rips to shine through.
