Descrição
This rugged deck box is semi-modular
It holds up to 6 single-sleeved commander decks for Magic the Gathering. Each deck fits in a small box with slits cut in the front and back to slide the deck out. There are also half depth boxes for extra cards (with slits) or dice (without slits). Two of these smaller boxes can fit in any of the deck box slots of the outer case. This means you can have multiple dice and token boxes for 4 or 5 commander decks.
Printing
I printed IIIDMAX PLA+ at 0.2 mm layer height with a 0.4 brass nozzle using an Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro (flashed with the Open Nept4une firmware). I highly recommend dialing your retraction and temperature settings in so you won't need to clean out stringing within the smaller boxes.
The lid has multicolor, but this can be achieved even without a dedicated multifilament system. Just paint the symbol your desired color in the slicer (works in Orca Slicer, Prusa Slicer, Bambu Studio, etc.), and it will insert a pause line in the G-Code. You can then manually change the filament and resume the print. All other parts are single color.
Construction
I used a strand of TPU cut and pressed into the cavity of the outer box rather than print the attached seal model. This has worked great for me but don't dunk this box under water or anything crazy.
To attach the clasps, you will need 8 M3-30 bolts.
Happy printing!
