here is my version of a rope hook and i can say it works because i tested it myself 

print it with your strongest profile and i like to print it flat on its back using a support blocker for the holes where rope slides into on the bottom ,while keeping supports for the hook .

To install, insert and partially tighten a normal wood screw into one of the upper most holes to get it in place then insert your rope fully into the rope holes along with a bottom screw but be sure to Peirce the rope with your screw, this method is plenty strong but i left cavity in the back if someone wants to tie knot there that's a option as well enjoy and please leave a like   THANKS !
