This is simple wire spool holder designed for ease of access and pulling out.   It places the wiring spools as permanent fixtures on a peg board.   This is handy for those who do a lot of projects or are in the middle of a large one, and do not want to constantly fidget with tangled spools.   The system also includes key rings that help retain the wires and avoid back-spooling.

The spools can be easily swapped out by lifting the middle rod and adding a new one.   The assembly is very rigid, without, but the front brace arm can be glued in place if there are print tolerance or rod issues, allowing the middle spool support freedom to be removed with no loss of function.   If the front beam is fastened to the supports, maker must add wire keys prior to gluing!

This system is designed to mount on the IKEA SKÅDIS series of pegboards, but may work fine with others.   

Maker will need to provide the 8mm rods for the cross beams of appropriate length.   The ones depicted above are 8mm Carbon Fiber Rods at 200mm long, coincidentally perfect for this assembly.   Steel, Aluminum, Carbon Fiber, Plastic etc are all acceptable materials for the rods. Be mindful that this solution is only as good as the peg board mounted to the wall, excessive wire weight adds up fast on drywall anchors!
