This beard comb brings personality to your grooming routine – with a playful moustache shape that’s sure to raise a smile!

Designed for easy FDM printing at home, it’s optimized for use with a standard 0.4 mm nozzle and prints well on most setups. Despite its fun look, it’s fully functional and glides effortlessly through beards of all lengths.

Print Instructions 📖

For printing this model, it is important to have good adhesion to the print bed. Only then can the teeth of the comb be printed cleanly. A few other settings can contribute to an improved print quality. In my tests, it helped to reduce the print fan speed to prevent the teeth from warping. PLA worked fine for me, PETG will most likely work well, too.

Either have a look at the provided print file (MK4 only) or read the following print instructions.

• 0.4 mm nozzle
• 0.15 mm layer height (also for the first layer)
• 3 perimeters
• 5 bottom and 6 top layers
• 25 % gyroid infill
• 60 % fan speed (you'll have to switch to expert mode in PrusaSlicer to see this setting)
