A sequential shifter for simracing. 

Note that, except for the printed parts which are shared here for free, you will also need 2x spring plungers M20 (thread), of length L = 30 mm. I bought mine here, (see figure 4 for spring plunger drawing). Spring plungers are not included in the CAD-file, but one goes directly into the main body and the other goes in the “thread_slide”-part. Additionally you will need 2x electric push-buttons and the accompanying wiring. The buttons I used were of size 12x12x7 mm, I had them laying around, but this should come close. Observe that some sanding may be required for proper fitment, especially at the button contact area. Centering of the lever stationary position can be adjusted by screwing the springplungers in or out.

Figure 5 shows how the wiring goes through the main body. Also note how the buttons are placed. Soldering will be required.

To screw the cover into place, you'll need 5x M5x16 mm.

Finally, to fasten the shifter onto a table, I slided the shifter on a screw clamp, see figures 6, 7. Any cheap clamp should work as long as the slider/bar is rectangular (5x15 mm in cross-sectional area). The M5x16 mm bolt with nut in the top-hole is holding the clamp in the main body. Alternatively you can use the bolt holes to screw it onto a stand of your choosing.

To sum it all up, this is what you'll need in addition to the 3d-printing stuff:

• 2x spring plungers
• 6x M5x16 mm bolts
• 1x M5 nut
• 2x switches
• wiring and connector
• screw clamp
• soldering iron (to solder wires to switches)
