This design provides a simple but sturdy solution for adjustable-height supports, entirely 3D printable and easy to customize.

The system consists of three parts:

Base: Side-mounted for maximum flexibility — no need for clearance underneath furniture. Includes a 5 mm reinforcement ring around the threaded hole for added strength and durability.

Leg: A fully threaded shaft available in two versions: 150 mm and 50 mm thread lengths. You can easily cut the longer leg to any custom size if needed.

Stop Screw: Locks the leg at the desired height by pressing onto the thread.

There are two foot options:

Flat Foot: For stable, level surfaces.

Rounded Foot: Designed to allow up to 15 degrees of inclination — perfect for uneven terrain or angled surfaces.

This system works great for DIY furniture, workbenches, machines, or any application where adjustable height or tilt compensation is needed.

The entire setup is fully 3D printable, with no extra hardware needed. (Although for very heavy loads, you could replace the stop screw with a metal bolt if desired.)

Print Settings:

Material: PETG, ASA, PET-GF or any strong filament

Infill: 40% or more for the base and leg, 100% for the stop screw

Wall thickness: Stop screw: >3 mm, Base and leg: >1.2mm (the more the stronger)

Supports: Only needed for the internal thread of the base (optional)
