Descrição
This shoe rack was designed to perfectly fit panels or boards with a thickness of 12mm and a depth of 33cm. Due to the limited print area of my Prusa printer, each bracket consists of 2 parts. The parts fit together so well that gluing is not necessary.
The hexagon pattern was created directly in the slicer. Necessary settings used: no top and bottom layers, 7% honeycomb infill with 9 perimeter layers.
I printed it with PLA because it receives hardly any UV light in its location, and I preferred the look of the material. I have also uploaded the .m3f file with my print settings. However, I used a workaround for the continuous top surface over the wood panel. Perhaps someone can achieve a better result with these settings than I did, since my solution leeds to some bridging (which most people probably won't notice).
The design was inspired by a model from 3DDIY on Thingiverse.
