I made a screwdriver for standard bits in shape of an egg.

In the egg is space for 8 standard bits with 25mm length an one standard magnetic bit holder with 60mm length.

Printtime is about 1 hour for the part “Bitei_01” (without support) and 1 ½ hour for the part “Bitei_02” (with supports / best to remove are organic supports). Both printed with 0,2mm layer hight.

To keep the bits in place, there are curved bores in both parts in which you can make a piece of tpu-filament. Make sure the end of the filament-piece is in the curved bore and not in the pocket for the bit. Insert the tpu-filament first and secure it with a bit of superglue with low viscosity.

The pockets for the bits and the bit holder may need a little bit rework to get a smooth fit of the bits, depending on printer, filament, bits,….
