An unnatural green flame bathes the insane undead flying skull.  Echoes of its mad laughter echoes through the dungeon halls as this disembodies menace blasts all intruders with devastating rays of fire from its eyes.  And, if you manage to vanquish the Flaming Skull you’d better make a hasty retreat as it will rise again unless you take special divine precautions to keep it down.
